2nd Annual Hazel Park Garden Tour

The self-guided tour begins at the Hazel Park Community Garden where you will be greeted by a Community Resource Fair.

Garden Host Site Registration

Garden hosts open their Hazel Park garden(s) to attendees during the tour, providing an overview of what you grow, your favorite aspects of your garden, answering questions, and sharing the joy of community building with neighbors.  Some garden hosts choose to offer bottled water and snacks and incorporate child-friendly activities, even interactive elements, though that is up to you.

Host registration is closed.

Attendee Registration

Garden tour attendees will receive a map of host sites to visit and are invited to participate in the activities listed below. The registration fee is $5 per person.

Please register in-person at the event!

Activites

  • Guest Raffle

    The first 150 guests will receive one raffle ticket

    Bonus entries may be earned by visiting all of the home on the tour map, posting on social media, inviting friends, and completing your bingo card

    The raffle drawing will be held at the community garden at the end of the tour

  • Goodie Bags

    The first 100 registered guests will receive a goodie bag with swag, a piece of fruit, snacks, and a bottle of water

  • Resource Fair

    Local organizations will be present at the Community Garden during event registration to provide information, resources, and activities.

Volunteer

We are looking for a Resource Fair Coordinator to connect with local organizations, coordinate event logistics, and create a welcoming, engaging experience for our community.
