What is a Garden Host?  Garden hosts open their Hazel Park garden(s) to attendees during the tour, providing an overview of what you grow, favorite aspects of your garden, answering questions, and sharing the joy of community building with friends and neighbors.  Some garden hosts choose to offer bottled water and snacks and incorporate child-friendly activities, even interactive elements, though it is completely optional.  We will have more information on placemaking for registered hosts a little closer to the tour date.

In the production of this event we incur expenses for yard signs, postcards and flyers, print and digital advertising, graphic design, website and related materials.   There is a $30 $15 non-refundable donation to help offset some of these expenses.
